With compassion and intuition, April guides others through emotional healing, spiritual growth, and the sacred journey back to self.
I’m April, a spiritual therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Medium, Reiki Practitioner, Sound and Crystal Healer, and a lifelong student of metaphysics. With over nine years of experience in the mental health field, much of it in crisis response, I understand the importance of finding the appropriate mental health provider and treatment.
I've read many books on healing, but the deepest wisdom I carry comes from lived experiences, walking through heartbreak, cycles of growth, and my own spiritual awakening.
After separating from a long-term relationship, I chose to fully invest in myself and my children, aligning with my soul's purpose and supporting my own evolution. Over time, I discovered that traditional talk therapy alone was not always enough to bring lasting transformation. My healing journey led me to explore integrative practices such as sound healing, Reiki, crystals, and mediumship, which opened me to growth, self-discovery, and the awakening of my spiritual gifts.
Through this process, I realized how essential it is to have a therapist who has done their own inner work and who understands spiritually gifted individuals, who are often overlooked or misdiagnosed in traditional settings.
I discovered the sacred power of touch, the unseen energy flowing through and around us, and the beauty of healing from an energetic perspective. My background in crisis response also introduced me to the realities of parapsychology, experiences that are often misunderstood or dismissed. This is why I integrate a spiritual lens into therapy, creating space for both clinical healing and metaphysical growth. Today, I bring this wisdom into my work as a Spiritual Therapist for Inner Child Healing, Soul Evolution, and Family Healing, assisting others reclaim their power, break cycles, and step into the next version of themselves.

Healing isn’t linear—it’s messy, deep, and multidimensional. We must address our well-being on both the 3D and 5D levels. As a therapist, I understand how spirituality impacts mental health, and as a medium, how mental health influences our spiritual path.
I invite you to walk this healing journey with me—it would be an honor to witness your transformation.

April’s words cracked me open and stitched me back together. Her poetry didn’t just speak to my heart it “became” my heart.Every page felt like a sacred echo of my own healing journey. If you’ve ever loved, lost, or longed for rebirth, this book is your compass.

brought this book to a meditation retreat, and it became my guide. Storytelling mirrors the quiet power of sitting with yourself unflinching, tender, and utterly transformative.By the last page, I felt like I’d both mourned and celebrated every love I’ve ever known.

Raw, real, and radiant. My Heart Expansions was the sound bath my spirit needed. Verses vibrated through me, loosening old grief and leaving clarity in its wake.I finished it in one sitting—then immediately reread it, lighter every time.

April doesn’t just write about healing; she “conducts” it. Her words are a retreat between covers.I’d finish a poem and catch myself breathing deeper, shoulders softer. This isn’t a book it’s medicine for the love- wounded.Highly recommended!!

I’ve done therapy for years, but Healing and Feeling reached places talk therapy couldn’t. The inner child meditations had me in tears(the good, releasing kind).By the end, I felt lighter, like I’d finally put down baggage I didn’t realize I was carrying.

As someone who thinks their way through everything, this book brought me back into my body and soul. The chakra exercises melted away tension I’d held for decades.I’m on my third round of journaling through it!

Thank you! April’s words feel like a wise friend handing you a flashlight for your darkest corners. The forgiveness practices freed me from resentment I’d clung to for years. My relationships with myself and others—have transformed because of this work.
